Jack-in-the-Boxes Get a Modern Makeover:
I have plenty of fancy toys that talk to me, light up, and play music. Now that I’m a little less jumpy, my Mom decided to introduce me to one of her childhood faves, the jack-in-the-box. While frightening at first, once I got to know this Jack fellow, I found the toy to be rather charming! I even found myself grooving in my Little Movers diaper to that little song.

Laptop for Little Ones:
We babies love to sit and watch Mom and Dad work on the computer, and we even like hitting the keys to see what happens. However, now we can pretend we have our own computer with this baby-friendly (and homemade) version. My question: does this thing have wireless?

Tights + Shoes = Genius!
You know how parents are always flabbergasted to discover we’ve peeled off our socks and shoes and tossed them aside while they weren’t looking? It’s not because we don’t like the socks and shoes. It’s just because WE CAN! These new tights come with shoes affixed to them, thus deterring us from shucking our shoes in the colder months. Plus, those polka dots are SUPER cute!

Artistic ABCs:
It’s never too early to begin working on learning the alphabet, and this creative print shows all of the letters on animals whose name begins with corresponding letters. My fave: Y is for yeti!

Highchair Toys:
We may be Highchair Critics, but we’re at the stage where we want to walk, scoot, and run all over the place in our shaped diapers. Being confined to those dreadful chairs with trays is such a bore, but when if you promise that I can play with these fun toys, I suppose I’ll stop wriggling around for a few minutes and maybe even play peacefully.

More Iron = More Lima Beans?
So, a new study has been released telling us that babies and kids need more iron in their diet. Great, but must we be subjected to something so loathsome as lima beans? Surely there are other delicious, non-icky sources of iron to be had, like watermelon or raisins. Mmm, raisins!

Pop quiz: Is Audio Science A) a college class; B) a new hipster band; or C) a baby name? Believe it or not, it’s a baby name selected by a celebrity. I know that Bash N. Poo isn’t exactly a Michael or James, but these names are… interesting, to say the least.

We’ve established that babies love being read to, and there’s a whole slew of classics that we’re waiting to hear. Call me crazy, but I do love a good literary discussion in the sandbox. What about you? What are your must-have books for a baby’s growing library? Now, about that caterpillar’s voracious appetite…

Building Blocks:
These fun blocks are sure to inspire the architect in me. Soft and squishy, they will be just as much fun to chew on as they are to build castles and fortresses.
