Emo baby in the hizouse! While my daughter may be only 18 months, her attitude is up there with the greats: the kid can send you to your knees with one withering look. Plus, you know, her life is extremely difficult, with all that learning and playing and sleeping to do. Occasionally, I even have the audacity to insist that she clean up her toys or get down off of that chair. She suffers, is what I’m saying. Her life is hard. She needs an outfit to express her strife; to give her an outlet for the repressed emotional edginess she so desperately longs to express. And what better choice than an ensemble that brings forth the original emo — well, troubled, anyway — girl, Edie Sedgwick? Though Edie brought many a pile of crap unto herself, her upbringing was deeply tortured. And while my own little one doesn’t know how good she has it, or how much we love her, her attitude is that of a truly tortured soul. One who must suffer the indignities of having to put her Play Doh away, go to bed at a reasonable hour and take (GASP!) a nap.  Underneath it all, she’s all heart — or rather, diaper — and though she’d never admit it, she secretly likes the way her Huggies Little Movers diaper not only fits her ample thighs like a glove (never bunching in the private parts! No sagging! Bonus!), but some of her favorite Disney characters make an appearance.  Like, you know, Eeyore, Emo King of the Pasture.  Edie Sedgwick Outfit pieces:Shirred Play DressSkinny LeggingsMoto Boots      - Jonna, Jonniker
